SHIPPING POLICY

We appreciate your business and support of our artisans.

Please read these policies carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

All orders placed before 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please allow up to 72 hours for processing, pending availablity and payment verification.

ROUTE PACKAGE PROTECTION

At checkout, we encourage customers to add Route Package Protection to their order for an additional fee. Route provides coverage for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Route Package Protection is completely optional and may be removed from your cart before completing your purchase.

If Route Package Protection is purchased, you will receive a link in your shipping confirmation email to file a claim directly with Route. All claims are subject to Route's terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements.

Please note: If you choose not to purchase Route Package Protection, Carolina K is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged in transit, or for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that cannot be located.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All domestic orders are shipped via Fedex Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note, allow for an extra 3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped during our SALE promotion.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

WE KINDLY ENCOURAGE U.S. CUSTOMERS to purchase route package protection at checkout to help protect orders against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Route package protection is optional and can be added or removed at checkout. if selected, route provides coverage for eligible shipping issues, subject to route's terms & condiitons.

As a small business, Carolina K is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipment or for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control. A a small business, Carolina K is not able to absorb the costs of items being lost in transit or offer refunds towards items that are marked as delivered with a tracking number and a customer states to have not received.

FedEx 2-Day Express - $15 all orders

Complimentary FedEx 2-day Express shipping on orders $350 or more

Puerto Rico Shipping- $15 all orders

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

You may select overnight shipping at checkout. For larger orders requiring expedited shipping, please contact us at info@carolinak.com or call +1 (347) 525-1809 for availability and specific rates.

PLEASE NOTE: Express orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, will be processed the following business day.

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international orders are shipped via FedEx International Economy, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the following business day and typically ship within 48 hours. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes and duties calculated are collected at checkout. This helps avoid unexpected charges or customs delays, and you will not be required to pay additional duties or taxes upon delivery.

Carolina K is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after shipment or for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

If you refuse a shipment from Carolina K, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, as well as taxes, duties, customs fees, and return shipping costs incurred. These amounts will be deducated from your merchandise refund.

PRE-ORDERS & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

When an order includes pre-order or made-to-order items, products within the same order will ship all together once all items are available. If you wish to have it shipped seperatly, please email info@carolinak.com.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP

 

Curbside Pick-up is now available at our Little River Studio (7924 NE 2nd Avenue Unit#103, Miami, FL).

Select Pick-Up as Delivery Method. You will be notified via email when it is ready for pick-up with instructions. Please do not arrive to pick-up until you've received your pick-up confirmation via email.

All orders placed Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) before 1pm EST will be ready for curbside pick-up within 24 hours. All orders placed Friday after 1pm EST through Sunday will start processing on the next business day and will be ready for curbside pick-up within 24 hours.

ITEM AVAILABILITY

If the item you ordered is out-of-stock or awaiting restock, you will be notified by email. You may choose to receive an email notification once the item becomes available again, or cancel it and receivea refund to the original form of payment. In the case of partial shipment, you will only be chatged for the items that are delivered.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow its delivery. If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder, as your email settings may have filtered it automatically.

Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

DELIVERY FAILURE

IIf an order is returned to Carolina K because the customer did not accept or retrieve the package, the customer must contact us within 14 days of the carrier's final delivery attempt to request a partial refund.

Any return shipping costs and an applicable restocking fee, derermined by the number of items in the order, will be deducted from the refund. Carolina K is not responsible for packages returned due to a customer's failure to accept delivery.
