For our Fall/Winter 2026, Hands of time, Carolina K journeys into the heart of remote villages from Kazakhstan, where Carolina collaborated with a local artist Äliyah Tleukhanova to develop key symbolic motifs that are embedded in the collection. As a mountain partner of FAO, she traveled to the Sacred Valley of Peru, where she worked alongside alpaquera cooperatives using natural dyes and traditional looms.
Embroidery, felt art, natural dyes, knitting, and handloom weaving are more than techniques, they are daily expressions of tradition and identity, shaped by generations of knowledge, care, and continuity. Each thread reflects a profound respect for heritage, nature, and the hands that bring these pieces to life.
Hands of Time is a tribute to two decades of honoring traditions passed down for centuries and carried forward into future generations. It is our way of giving visibility to these ancient crafts, made in remote places which to us defines the true meaning of luxury.
