RETURN + EXCHANGES

We appreciate your business and support of our artisans.

 

Please read these policies carefully prior to placing your order. If you place an order, you are thereby agreeing to abide by these policies.

 

 

PLEASE READ

** Orders placed Wednesday, November 21st - Monday, November 26th, will start processing Tuesday, November 27th. **

** Orders placed during our Black Friday and Cyber Monday Sale: Discount not valid on previous orders. Sale items are FINAL SALE.**

 

SHIPPING - All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are processed within 2 business days. You will receive a shipping notification via email once your order has been processed. Carolina K is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once shipped, as well as any delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

 EXPEDITED SHIPPING - Please contact us at websales@carolinak.com or give us a call at +1-347-525-1809 for rates. Please note: Express orders placed Monday - Friday after 1pm Eastern Time will be processed the following business day.

DOMESTIC RETURN POLICY - If we receive your return at our studio within 30 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment. After 30 days, your order is no longer eligible for returns or credit. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with no sign of previous wear and with all original tags attached. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if there is extensive damage to the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Email websales@carolinak.com if you have any questions about your return. 

USE THE RETURN LABEL IN YOUR PACKAGE - Starting 9/13/18, a prepaid, pre-addressed SmartLabel is included inside the package/box (this will not apply to sale orders.) Affix the SmartLabel to your package, and be sure to remove or cover the original shipping label. Please note: If you choose to use the prepaid label there will be a $10 USD fee deducted from your refund. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed (be sure to check your spam folder.) If desired you can use your own shipment method.

Please note: We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier. We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation for lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY - We’re sorry your order did not work out. While we welcome your return, we unfortunately do not cover the cost for international return shipping. To receive a refund, the merchandise must be returned at our studio within 40 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in original condition, with no sign of previous wear and with all original tags attached. Original packaging must be intact and in sellable condition. When returning shoes, the return will be denied if there is extensive damage to the shoe box or if the shoe box has been used as the shipping box. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Email websales@carolinak.com if you have any questions about your return.

EXCHANGES - At this time, we do not accept exchanges. If you need a different color, item or size, we recommend ordering the desired size while it is still in stock and using your complimentary SmartLabel or your preferred shipping method to return the order(s) as needed.

REFUNDS - Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your refund is processed. A credit will post to your statement within 2-7 business days depending on your financial institution. 

SALES - All sale merchandise is FINAL SALE. All items offered during a marketing campaign or promotional sale are FINAL SALE.

DELIVERY FAILURE - If an order is returned due to the customer’s failure to accept the package, it is the customer's responsibility to contact Carolina K within 14 days of the last attempted delivery in order to receive a partial refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the order, as well as a restocking fee that is dependent on the number of items in the order. Carolina K is not responsible for returned packages due to the customer’s failure to accept delivery.

MANUFACTURER’S DEFECT - If there is a manufacturer’s defect, please email us within 7 day of receipt at websales@carolinak.com or give us a call at +1-347-525-1809. We will do our best to correct the mistake as fast as possible. Shipping costs will be refunded due to damaged merchandise or Carolina K’s error. In such a case, please use the return label provided, free of charge or we will send you a return label via email if you discarded the original. We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
