Position: E-commerce Specialist
(Miami based)

We are seeking a self motivated, creative, and analytical team member to join our E-commerce team in Miami, FL. This individual will be highly passionate, outgoing, and a great team member. As our E-commerce Specialist, you will manage website content, customer service, order/return fulfillment and support PR/Marketing efforts in an efficient manner. This individual will work closely with the marketing, sales & PR team.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Manage customer service for web orders; provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail regarding the brand, products, and online orders/returns and assist customers with product selection and upselling opportunities
  • Manage all order status within Shopify; ensure customer orders and returns are fulfilled and processed in a timely, precise manner, and properly recorded
  • Manage inventory levels, monitoring stock for accuracy through regular physical inventory counts; Categorize and map products in AIMS for online inventory management and push AIMS inventory daily into Shopify
  • Process any special client one on one orders
  • Assist the PR team with special requests (i.e. expedited orders, sample/VIP requests, etc)
  • Download and file accordingly Press clippings submitted by PR team
  • Provide PR team with the shipment of the new collection and assets (lookbook, linesheets, images, moodboard, etc)
  • Work with Marketing team on creating newsletters for email marketing
  • Assist Marketing Manager with any further content assignments for social channels
  • Ideate and build website landing pages and homepage content
  • Merchandise the website
  • Build on e-commerce conversion optimization tools and programs
  • Manage product lifecycle; upload new product and resize product images for website
  • Report on monthly returns and top selling product
  • Place e-commerce order for new collection
  • Assist as needed with receiving shipment of a new collection

Skills + Qualifications

  • Background in fashion is a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in office support, e-commerce, digital marketing, customer service, fulfilment, shipping, and/or inventory management
  • Prior experience with programs such as Shopify, Photoshop, Shipstation, and Aims360 a plus
  • This is a fast-paced and occasionally physical position, meaning you must be able to stand, crouch, and lift objects and parcels.
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Spanish is a plus

Position: Account Executive
(Miami based)

We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic, hard working individual to join our Carolina K team at our Miami offices. If you're motivated with a diligent attitude, and share a passion for practices that go beyond sustainability, we'd love to meet you. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned quotas for their role. Acting as brand ambassador upholding core values and communicating key messages of the brand.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain client relationships
  • Track and record metrics throughout sales process
  • Meet and exceed financial goals
  • Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge, including merchandising and pricing
  • Develop and present product ideas and concepts tied to individual account events/ needs
  • Partner with Founder and Marketing to visit stores periodically to confirm optimal store placement, competitive adjacencies, sales support and see merchandise deliveries
  • Proactively track/manage processing of confirmations and shipping
  • Foster and have existing close professional relationships with retailers to successfully manage the business
  • Develop strong relationships with buyers, associate buyers and planners in key accounts through daily communication to enhance information exchange and negotiations

Skills + Qualifications

  • Background in fashion
  • Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of related business experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to harness financial data to inform decisions
  • Must be based or willing to relocate to Miami

Position: Brand Sales Associate
(Miami based)

We are looking for a self-motivated, creative and interactive Brand Sales Associate to join our Carolina K team at our Miami offices. If you're motivated with a diligent attitude, and share a passion for practices that go beyond sustainability, we'd love to meet you. Our ideal candidate loves merchandising, in-store execution, and interacting with diverse groups of people constantly. We are looking for someone that understands the importance of community, customer satisfaction, customer engagement and brand DNA.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Responsible for in-store merchandising and execution including but not limited to maintaining impeccable presence of store and brand image, and merchandise product accordingly to each season and drops.
  • Accountable for all in-store sales and customer care.
  • Expected to build a customer-brand relationship that enhances the engagement of the customer with the brand and ultimately increases sales by customer.
  • Expected to create in-store events for VIP clients during different times of the year for collection introduction, sample sales, etc.
  • Responsible for in-store content creation and assist Marketing Manager with any further content assignments for social channels.
  • Assist Marketing Manager with e-mail marketing.
  • Participate in photoshoots execution as needed.
  • Assist Sales Team with sales reports, and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assist with inventory management as needed.

Skills + Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion Design, Business Administration or Communication.
  • 1+ year of experience in social media/community management.
  • Previous experience in customer management.
  • Tech and Microsoft Office savvy.
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred.
  • Knowledge in Graphic Design; Canva, Photoshop.
  • Self-starter, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Team player and willing to learn new skills.
