Position: Logistics Coordinator
(Miami based)

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to help manage and optimize the transporation and delivery of orders, from procurement to final delivery, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness. They coordinate with various deparments, suppliers, and shipping carriers to facilitate the smooth flow of goods.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Packs and ships online orders and provides customer service, related to shipping & tracking their orders
  • Assists the team with shipping and tracking wholesale orders, including selecting carriers and managing transportation routes
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the logistics process
  • Assists with packing for trunk shows and pop-up shop locations
  • Monitor inventory levels with regular counts, and handles transfers between both locations in Miami
  • Purchases and tracks office supplies
  • Assists with our retail store, as needed
  • Supports all team member with general needs
  • Assists in the planning of events, photoshoots, and other special projects
  • Manages front showroom - making sure it's set up, clean and styled correctly at all times

Skills + Qualifications

  • Part-time, open to full-time job, & available on weekends, as needed
  • Located in Miami (no remote option)
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • 1 to 2 years of administratve support
  • Experience in freight forwarding is a PLUS, or any other familiarity wiht logistics software and systems
  • Spanish speaking is a PLUS

Position: Sales Associate
(Miami based)

We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, hard-working individual to join our new Carolina K flagship store. If you're motivated with a diligent attitude and share a passion for practices that go beyond sustainability, we'd love to meet you. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills. They should be comfortable with multitasking and be able to budget their resources in order to meet the assigned responsibilities for their role.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and assist them in finding products; provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Upsell or cross-sell products to increase sales revenue
  • Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Stock racks and displays with merchandise.
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers to ensure smooth operations
  • Assist with setting up special events
  • Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management, such as sales reports or inventory counts

Skills + Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Excel & Shopify needed
  • Strong merchandising skills
  • Have broad knowledge about current fashion trends
  • Must be able to properly represent the company to their customers
  • Must possess excellent communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of retail math
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly desired

Minimum Requirements

  • 4 year college degree
  • 1 to 3+ years in apparel sales and/or retail buying experience
