Position: Designer (Miami based)

We are seeking a talented and experienced Designer to join our team and help lead the creative development of our collections. This role plays a key part in shaping the brand’s aesthetic, driving print and product innovation, and ensuring thoughtful, high-quality design across all categories.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Lead artwork and print development for RTW, swim, homeware, and accessories.
  • Design full product categories that embody the brand’s creative vision and seasonal narratives.
  • Build and manage tech packs, pattern details, garment specs, and design handoffs to production.
  • Direct fittings, sample reviews, and communication with factories to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Oversee material sourcing, supplier communication, and factory scouting to support product development.
  • Guide mood boards, color palettes, and seasonal concept creation.
  • Conduct in-depth market and trend research to inform collections and identify new opportunities.
  • Provide creative direction and styling input for campaign, lookbook, and e-commerce photoshoots.
  • Collaborate closely with the production, marketing, and retail teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling.
  • Travel for factory visits, artisan partnerships, inspiration trips, and market research.
  • Support CEO/Creative Director with design planning, presentations, and special projects.

Skills + Qualifications

  • 3 - 6 years of experiene in fashion design or product development
  • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and familiariy with other design programs
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, patternmaking, specs, and fit
  • Experience creating original prints, repeats and artwork for textiles
  • Ability to create accurate tech packs and communicate clearly with factories
  • Ability to design across categories (RTW, Swim, Home, accessories) while maintaining a cohesive brand identity
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong verbal and visual communication skills
  • Experience working directly with factories and artisan cooperatives
  • Ability to lead fittings and provide clear direction to production team
  • Flexibility to travel for prooduction, sourcing and inspiration trips
  • Passion for storytelling through desgin and appreciation of craftsmanship

Position: Assistant Designer (Miami based)

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Assistant Designer to support our design and product development teams across Ready-to-Wear, swim, homeware, and accessories. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about thoughtful design, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling.

Duties + Responsibilities

  • Support artwork and print development for RTW, swim, and homeware.
  • Assist in designing products across all categories following brand vision.
  • Help prepare and organize tech packs, patterns, and production files.
  • Participate in fittings and sampling; communicate updates with factories.
  • Assist with material sourcing and new factory scouting.
  • Support photoshoot production, including scouting and on-set assistance.
  • Research seasonal trends and contribute ideas for collection development.
  • Maintain measurement/size libraries and ensure sample quality standards.
  • Assist with showroom tasks, shipping/receiving, and occasional retail support.
  • Travel for factory visits, artisan research, and brand-related needs.
  • Provide general support to the CEO and design/production teams as needed.

Skills + Qualifications

  • 2 - 4 years of experience in fashion design, product development, or related field
  • Fashion design degree or equivalent training preferred but not required
  • Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes
  • Proficiency in managing tech packs, patterns, and spec sheets
  • Understanding of trend research and seasonal development
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with global manufacturers and artisan cooperatives
  • Spanish fluency strongly preferred; knowledge of Portuguese or Hindi is a plus
  • Passion for craftsmanship, sustainability, and ethical production
  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed for on-site development and production follow-ups
